Morning Minute 6/6/25

“Be More, Do More, & Earn More!”

Have you ever wondered why I often end my talks and writings with this phrase?

It’s more than a slogan—it’s a call to action that can transform your career, your relationships, and your finances.

Let’s break it down:

BE MORE:
Ralph Waldo Emerson once said, “What you are speaks so loudly that I cannot hear what you say.”
Your actions—your
manners, professionalism, and how much you care—speak volumes. People respond to how they perceive you. Your courtesy shows respect for others and signals that you deserve respect too.
Professionals who “be more”
commit to continuous growth. They stay curious. They read. They listen. They learn. That’s what sets true pros apart.

DO MORE:
Think of someone who consistently gets more done in less time. What’s their secret?
They challenge the
status quo. They seek better ways to work. And they adapt quickly—because new information creates new opportunities.
Leaders multiply this impact by expecting the same
adaptability from their teams. Productivity rises, and so does influence.

EARN MORE:
When you be more and do more, you earn more—not just in dollars, but in opportunities, knowledge, and
meaningful relationships.
It’s the natural result of growth, action, and contribution.

Today’s Morning Minute Challenge:
Pick one area of your life—personal or professional—that you want to improve.
What small change can you make today? And how will that pay off in the long run?

“Hit REPLY and share with me what area you are committed to improving this month.

“Be More, Do More, & Earn More!”

That’s today’s Morning Minute.
