Today’s Morning Minute Challenge:

1. Write down who you consider the GOAT—the Greatest of All Time: In business? In sports? In innovation? In the military?
2. Then ask yourself: Why them? What makes them truly great?

Here’s what you’ll find: They didn’t run from competition—they welcomed it.​

They used it to sharpen their edge, raise their standards, and build the best version of themselves.

Why Winners Welcome Competition:

Competition is a mirror. It forces you to reflect—honestly. What are you doing well? Where can you improve?

Competition is a mentor. It shows you what others do right.
What can you learn from them? Where can you level up?

Competition is a motivator. It drives you to prepare, to plan, and to perform at your peak!

Here’s how to take advantage of competition:​

🔍 Step 1: Assess Yourself and Your Team (The 4 Ps)​

• People – Are the right people in the right roles doing the right jobs?​
• Processes – Do your systems support your team’s success?​
• Products – Are they helping your customers win?​
• Promotion – Are you projecting a clear, winning message?​

🆚 Step 2: Study the Competition​

• What are they doing well? Where are their gaps? What can you innovate to create a truly competitive advantage? (Hint: It’s not just about lowering your prices.)​

🚀 Step 3: Look for Innovation​

• Are there better processes, products, or services you can adopt or create?

💥 Step 4: Take Bold Action

• ​Life rewards action. Build your A-game—and commit to executing it daily.
• Then raise the bar. Again, and again.
